Emotional Wellness Defined

Emotional Wellness is about always having a positive attitude and feeling good about yourself and being able to talk about your feelings when needed. Not everyone really talks about how they feel or how something makes them feel. Some people would rather keep what they are feeling to themselves and that is just how some people are. They are very shy and don’t socialize very much with the people around them.

People should be comfortable enough to speak up about their feelings and no one should ever feel embarrassed in being themselves. Sometime we think that everyone is always okay but we don’t really know what is going on with them. It’s really important for society to take time out of their day and just talk to someone. It’s not so easy to always be in a positive attitude. Everyone has bad days and that is why we should be there for each other.

It’s not just about being there for other people; it’s also about taking time for yourself.

Everyone around is so worried and stressed about the future when in reality they should just live life day by day and make the best out of it. I relate to Emotional Wellness because I believe in always expressing how I feel. I always try to be a positive person and relate to it because I try to be there for people as much as I can.
